אם תהיה התמיכה בי איתנה, סבורני שאפשר להגיע לפתרון בתוך זמר קצר. פירוש הדבר שבעוד כמה חודשים אפשר שההגירה תתחיל.

אני מצפה בענווה להחלטות הממשלה הקיסרית ואני מבקש מהוד מעלתך לקבל את רגשי הוקרתי הנעלים.
