Donc rien de risqué de ce côté, et même si V[otre] M[ajesté] I[mpériale]

לעניות דעתי, אין אפוא דבר הדוחק לקבל החלטה לכיוון זה או אחר.

ברגע זה אפוא המצב הוא שקבוצתו של מר רוּביֶה מן הדין שתהיה מעוניינת הרבה יותר מאשר הממשלה הקיסרית לסכם את העִסקה. ככל שתחכה יותר, כן תהיה הקבוצה גמישה יותר.

למעשה כבר יש בידי הקבוצה חלק גדול למדי של תעודות החוב האמורות להיכלל במבצע האיחוד. אם תידחה התוכנית, תפסיד הקבוצה בשל ירידה ודאית של השערים, שאותה תצטרך להביא בחשבון לפני שתיסוג.

מן הצד הזה אין אפוא סיכון, ואם הוד רוממותו הקיסרית סבור שאין הוא יכול לקבל את הצעותינו,
